Southern California photographer Heidi Padveen has been attached to her Canon 7d since going on Safari in Africa in 2011. Her preferred medium for printing her pictures is Metal.

Metal is an art medium for preserving photos by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets. Images take on a magical luminescence. Colors are vibrant and the luminescence is breathtaking. Detail and resolution are unsurpassed.

“I love all things “wild”, whether it be animals, people or places.
I spend much of my free time learning and traveling with photo workshops, my favorite being with the Arizona Highways Organization”.

I never had the chance to visit the National parks as a child, but I am making up for that in my adult life. My hobby of Phtography has given me the opportunity to travel to Yosemite, Yellowstone, Glacier National Park, Death Valley, Badlands South Dakota, Bryce –Zion & Arches, Sedona, Mojave-Devils Postpile and Grand Canyon to name a few.
